From Exposition, select Process booth orders, open an order, click More, and select Exhibited Products
Company
Displays the name of the exhibiting company (if applicable).
Exposition
Displays the name of the exposition.
Products Exhibited
Lists products being exhibited.
Products Master List
Lists all exposition products.
Add button
Click to move a selected product from the Products Master List to the Products Exhibited list.
Delete button
Click to move a selected product from the Products Exhibited list to the Products Master List.
All Companies button
Opens the All Companies Exhibiting Product window, which displays a list of other companies that are exhibiting the selected product.
Load Prev Expo button
Opens the Load Products from Previous Exposition window where you can load a previous exposition's product list into the exhibiting company's product list.
Total Products Exhibited
Displays the total number of products exhibited.
Category Filter
Select the product category you want to view. Product categories are defined on the EXPO_PROD_CAT general lookup/validation table (from Customers, select Set up tables > General lookup/validation).
